Lead Season

Lead Season is the first through review of Argentine artist Mauro Giaconi’s last ten years of work. The texts presented here address the multidisciplinary that characterizes the artist’s art pieces. Taking drawing as a starting point, his artistic practice puts in tension the current sociopolitical context in Latin America through a sense of impermanence, the presence of body and a critical awareness of materiality. This book has been produced with the support of Galería Arróniz in Mexico City.
